We fell in love with Tim’s Ford Lake in 2017. We decided to dive into the Winchester market with our professions (Matt being in construction and Tara being a third-generation property manager and aspiring designer). Thus, Easy Peasy was born with our un-official DBA- Luxury Lake Homes.

We have always had the gift of hospitality, having hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas for extended and combined families since 2006, & it was easy to step into the professional hosting role.

Having traveled and stayed at private vacation homes, we experienced great service and poor service. We’ve had great memories and awful memories traveling with our young children, and we learned how crucially important it was to have a vacation rental running smoothly- the number 1 priority being accessibility. There’s nothing worse than being locked out of your rental with a toddler who needs to use the restroom!

Not only do we work hard to ensure each guest has a seamless check-in, but we want to make sure that we offer the best experience possible! Firstly, that the home is CLEAN and comfortable. Then of course, that the home is decorated and styled beautifully so when you walk in- you FEEL like you’re on vacation! Staying at one of our homes should be a luxury experience starting with the first step into the house.

We go the extra mile with great pillows and bedding, a starter set of household basics and soaps, and all the comforts of home… if not more comforts than home! We hope that you will enjoy your stay, and LAKE it easy!
