Brand new modern 3 level Luxury Home with 3 master suites with King beds, and all with private spa en-suite bathrooms with rain shower heads, separate vanities, water closets, and soaking tubs.
Lower level has all the fun! Movie theater, billiards, basement bar kitchen -with ice maker, microwave, and full size fridge- lower level living room, bunk room, and access to the lower patio. Lower patio has a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal), outdoor dining area, and firepit! (Fire wood not provided) Lower level bunk room (4 Twin XL beds) is across from the full hallway bathroom.
Main level has a grand chef's kitchen with Dacor appliances and custom cabinetry. Island seats 6-7 with great water views from the very large kitchen window. Living room has a linear gas fireplace, open to the RH Dining table, access to the middle rear deck with plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the lake views. Main level also has a powder room with a Toto bidet w/ warmed toilet seat, laundry room, and the first master bedroom. The first master does have a Toto Washlet bidet, natural stone shower, and soaking tub.
The top (third) level has masters 2 and 3, both with private bathrooms and access to the top rear deck for the ultimate tree-top view! Enjoy a spacious sitting area on the top level with views of downtown Winchester. There is also a second laundry room on this level, the 4th bedroom with 2 Queen beds next door to a full hallway bathroom that is shared with the guests in the large Bonus Room, which has 4 Full beds and TV.

Things to note for your stay: Please bring your own wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the Big XL Green Egg grill. Natural Lump Charcoal tastes the best and is preferred. French press and regular drip coffee maker on site. Starter supply of household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags) included with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soaps.
